What we do with your information.
Short version: we use it to contact you about your care, and we don’t sell it.
This page is a plain-language summary for website visitors. It is not a substitute for the Notice of Privacy Practices you receive as a patient, which governs your protected health information under HIPAA.
What this website collects
If you fill in the appointment request form, we receive what you type into it — your name, phone number, optionally your email, and whatever you tell us about scheduling. We use that to contact you about an appointment and nothing else.
Please don’t send detailed medical history, test results or images through the website form. It isn’t the right channel for that. Call us instead and we’ll tell you how to send it securely.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand which pages people find useful — how many visitors a page gets, roughly where in the world they are, and which links get clicked. This is aggregate and not used to identify you individually. If you prefer to opt out entirely, browser-level do-not-track settings and content blockers both work here; nothing on this site depends on analytics running.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell your information. We don’t share it with advertisers. We don’t send marketing email to people who filled in the form to ask about an appointment.
Your rights in California
California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA regarding personal information, including the right to know what we hold, to request deletion, and to opt out of sale (we don’t sell it). Health information we hold as your dental provider is separately governed by HIPAA. To make a request about either, contact us using the details below.
